Apply for Care
If you decide that home care is right for you, we can begin setting up your care plan. Care plans are not made for you; they are made with you! We will go through everything with you and make sure we put we together a care plan that details exactly what you would like us to do.
With our experience, we also understand that care needs can, and often will change. You needn’t worry that once discussed and up and running, you care plan is set in stone! Your care plan will be regularly reviewed and we always encourage and appreciate feedback from the immediately family members about how things are going.
All of the carers on the Personalized Homecare team go through a rigorous interview and screening process, and it’s not just about qualifications for us, we are looking for people that genuinely care about what they do and are willing to go above and beyond. Once an applicant is successful, they are then enhanced DBS checked for your peace of mind and all of our carers wear the Personalized Homecare uniform and carry photo ID at all times.
